Mrs. Eileen Bolton
Group Manager

Eileen commenced employment at The Hurst Nursing Home in December 1980 as a part time bookkeeper and clerk and has progressed into the role of Administrator and most recently, Group Manager.

Eileen has developed a very comprehensive knowledge and experience of the Nursing Home industry in this particular region which has proved invaluable in providing our high quality service to our clients.

Tricia qualified as a registered nurse in 1984 at in Redhill, Surrey. She had over 15 years of experience working in the Hospital environment covering medical, surgical and orthopedic work. During this period, six years was spent specialising in the Chest unit as a junior sister.

Tricia left the Hospital environment to join the Nursing Home industry in 1992 working as a Junior Sister for 2 years before moving to the Victoria Care Home, an Elderly Nursing Home in Hove. Here she was promoted and held the position of Registered Manager for 11 years before leaving to join the Hurst in May 2010.
