Our Home prides itself on the unique, supportive, friendly and open atmosphere that it strives to maintain. Interaction between staff, Service Users and their relatives is encouraged.

We aim to provide the level of care that is appropriate for the individual needs of each of our service users while recognising at all times that each person has the right to be treated with respect, dignity as well as respecting their rights to privacy and choice.

The Home makes every effort to hold on to those loyal members of staff who demonstrate the highest levels of professional standards and we feel that this contributes to the stability, familiarity and ultimately, the atmosphere of the Home.
